At Custom Koala, we make it easy for you to create beautiful personalised products with your favourite photos. If you’ve purchased a Groupon deal, follow this simple step-by-step guide to redeem your code, personalise your item, and place your order.

Step 1: Visit Our Website & Find Your Product

Once you’ve purchased your Groupon voucher, head to our website: www.CustomKoala.co.uk.

• Navigate to the product page for the item you bought on Groupon.

• Make sure it matches the exact product in your deal. You can change the product size or material type using the dropdown menu. 

• Important Notice: Groupon Canvas Offers

  We currently have two separate Groupon canvas offers, each with a different bar depth. The bar depth for your canvas is specified on the Groupon product page—please check this before customising to ensure you're selecting the correct product.

  To go to the correct product page, click on the matching bar depth below:

  1.25 bar depth - 0.75 Bar depth

Step 2: Personalise Your Item

Now it’s time to add your personal touch!

1. Click the green "Personalise" button on the product page—this will open the customisation window.

2. Click the green "Edit" button to open your file viewer. This allows you to select the image you’d like to use.

• If the file viewer doesn’t open automatically, click the camera icon at the bottom of the window to open it manually.

3. Upload your image in JPEG format (we do not support PNG, PDF, or other file types).

Step 2.1: Adjust Your Image for Best Results

• Make sure your image fills the entire upload area to avoid any unwanted white spaces on the final product.

• We do not edit images after they are uploaded, so take your time to ensure it looks exactly how you want it.

• Once you’re happy with the positioning, click the tick icon, then hit the green "Save" button.

You will now see a preview mockup of your design on the product. If something doesn’t look right, simply click the "Personalise" button again and adjust it.

Step 3: Add to Cart & Proceed to Checkout

Once your design looks perfect:

1. Click the purple "Add to Cart" button—this will take you to your shopping cart.

2. Click "Checkout" to begin the payment process.

Step 4: Enter Your Groupon Discount Code

In the checkout process, you’ll need to enter your Groupon code:

1. Fill in your delivery and payment details.

2. On the right side of the screen, locate the box where you can enter your Groupon discount code.

3. Enter your code and click "Apply".

4. Double-check that the discount has been applied correctly before completing checkout—we are unable to refund you if you forget to use your discount.

Important Notes:

• Your Groupon code can only be used for one item at a time, so if you have multiple codes, you’ll need to place separate orders for each.

• Delivery is charged at £7.49. This should be the only charge in your basket if your discount code has been applied successfully.

Step 5: Complete Your Order

Once you’ve confirmed that your discount has been applied, along with your delivery and payment details:

• Click the green "Pay Now" button to finalise your order.

• You’ll receive an order number—keep this for reference in case you need to contact our customer service team.
